Clínica Carriazo is a legal entity identified with NIT 802.008.496-5 and registered at Calle 86 No. 49C – 69, in the city of Barranquilla, department of Atlántico, duly established in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

It has developed the policies contained in this document to be applied in the management of personal information handled by the Institution in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decree.
