As part of our processes, we have implemented an online system to deliver results to our patients. Through this link, you can download the results of your diagnostic tests performed at Clínica Carriazo.

How do I access my results?

Go to https://www.carriazo.com and click the "Results" button.

Download and read the instructions before accessing, then click "Download Results."

Where do I find my code or token?

The code or token is given at admissions. Please look for the token code in the lower right corner of your admissions document.

When can I check my results?

You can check your results 24 hours after taking the exam in our app.

When does my code or token expire?

The code or token has no expiration date, it is indefinite.

What should I do if I lost my Code or Token?

If you lost your admissions receipt, you can send an email to [email protected] with the date your results were taken, your full name, and your ID number so we can resend the token.

This number will be sent 24 hours after submitting your request.
